The annual Stone Halloween Family Festival will be on Sunday 26th October 2025 along the High Street in Stone. Stall fee is £40 - this is an outdoor event and stall fee includes gazebo hire. Fee is payable in full at the time of booking. Makers will be back to back 2 per gazebo so each stall space is 3m x 1.5m. The Halloween Festival will house the market stalls, along with lots of other activities - trick or treat hunt, performances, food and drink stalls, face painting and live entertainment throughout the day. Additional terms and conditions will be sent with acceptance e-mail, should your application be successful, or are available on request.

Please note this event is only open to makers who create their own products / craft, and all copyright laws will be adhered to. You must make, create or design your own products. Please also make sure you only apply if you are available for the event date, there will be a limited time to book your stall if you are accepted.
