Shop Small Staffordshire was founded by Lyndsey in 2024 as a way to share her passion for supporting local independent businesses across Staffordshire. What began as a simple platform to showcase and celebrate small businesses quickly grew into something much bigger, with the launch of our popular markets and events that bring together talented makers, creators and local communities.

In 2026, Pippa joined the team, bringing fresh ideas and an extra pair of hands to help expand the vision. Together, we're not only creating exciting shopping events but also building a supportive community for small business owners through our SOCIALS - relaxed networking and social events designed to help local entrepreneurs connect, collaborate and grow.

As small business owners ourselves, we understand the passion, hard work and dedication that goes into running an independent business. Lyndsey is the owner of Bowers Bits and Bobs, creating bespoke portrait illustrations and personalised gifts, cards and keepsakes, while Pippa runs The Gem Shed, handcrafting beautiful sterling silver jewellery.
